RepMark helps businesses generate professional responses to customer reviews. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
We may collect account information such as email address, hashed password, plan status, billing identifiers, brand settings, submitted review text, generated replies, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We use information to provide the RepMark service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, generate review responses, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate account-related messages.
RepMark may use infrastructure, billing, email, database, and AI service providers, including hosting providers, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Neon/PostgreSQL for data storage, and Anthropic for AI-generated content.
Review text and related business context submitted for reply generation may be sent to an AI provider to produce the requested response. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing, HTTPS in production, access controls, and limited data retention practices. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
You may update account settings, request deletion of your account, or contact us about privacy questions at support@repmark.io.
We may update this policy as RepMark evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
